About Ansdale
Ansdale exists because most small trade businesses lose work to a phone nobody was free to answer. Not because they did anything wrong, but because answering a call and doing the job at hand need the same pair of hands.
We build one thing: a phone that answers in your business’s name, checks your real schedule and books the job before the caller hangs up. Not a message-taking service that hands you a callback list; the booking happens on the call, the same way it would if you’d picked up yourself.
What does Ansdale do?
- Answers your existing number, 24/7. You forward your line, so customers keep calling the number on your truck and your Google listing. Nights, weekends and holidays cost the same as weekdays.
- Books the job on the call into its calendar, with two-way Google Calendar sync so it only offers times you’re actually free.
- Flags urgent calls under rules you set and sends them straight to your phone.
- Tells callers it’s an AI assistant in the greeting, so nobody is misled about who they’re talking to.
- Grows with you. Higher plans add a dispatch board and staff app, call recordings and transcripts, SMS confirmations, and quotes, invoicing and on-site payment.
How does a call go?
A customer rings your usual number. Ansdale answers in your business name, asks the questions you’ve chosen for that kind of job, offers real open times and books the one they pick. The booking lands in your calendar straight away. If the call matches your urgent rules, like an active leak or no heat in a freeze, it’s escalated to your phone instead. Who is it for?
Shops running one truck or one chair up to a full crew, in trades where a missed call is expensive: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping and lawn care, pest control, garage doors, locksmiths, salons, barbershops, pet grooming, auto repair and more. Each trade has its own page under industries, because an emergency plumbing call and a salon booking need different questions.
How do we price it?
Three flat plans: $49, $99 or $199 a month for 100, 250 or 500 AI call minutes, with booking included on every plan. There’s no per-call fee, no commission on the jobs we book, no setup fee and no long-term contract. Extra minutes are billed per minute rather than cutting a call off. The full table is on pricing.
What won’t we do?
We don’t publish fake reviews or testimonials, and we don’t quote a competitor’s price without checking it on their own site and dating it. When one of our guides mentions Ansdale, it says Ansdale is ours. We’re also upfront about limits: Ansdale doesn’t connect natively to Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan today.
